The Massapequa School District's Kindergarten registration process is now open. The Kindergarten online registration form and instructions are available at www.msd.k12.ny.us. Click on the Kindergarten Registration diamond to complete the 2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration Form. Children turning age 5 by December 1, 2025 are eligible. Parents/Guardians are requested to register their child no later than February 28, 2025 for the District to best prepare for our incoming kindergarten class.
