Berner's annual Think Pink fundraiser will take place on Thursday, October 16th.
Student Council will be selling t-shirts for $12.00 each starting tomorrow, October 8th in the cafeteria during all lunch periods. These sales will continue through October 16th while supplies last.
All proceeds will go to The Side-Out Foundation and Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition.

Registration for the 2025-2026 Berner Winter I Sports Season on Arbiter Sports is open, link below. This process needs to be completed in order for your child to be eligible for participation. The season begins on Monday, November 3rd.

Earlier today, a safety concern was brought to the attention of the Berner Middle School administration. Following district protocols and procedures proactively, we notified the Nassau County Police Department. They responded to our school and fully addressed the matter, ensuring that there is no ongoing threat to our school community.
The safety and well-being of our students and staff is always our top priority. Be assured that we will continue to work closely with our central office team and law enforcement partners in taking all necessary precautions to maintain a safe and secure school environment for everyone at Berner.

To All 8th Grade Berner Students and Families,
The 8th grade "Big Picture" is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7th , during your child's 9th-period class. The 8th-grade picture is prominently featured in our yearbook. We look forward to having all of our 8th graders participate!
As a reminder, there will be school portrait make-up days on Wednesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 23rd during all lunch periods. Pictures will be taken outside of the auditorium.
