This is a reminder that all confidential health documents (i.e., physicals, doctor’s notes, etc.) must be submitted using the Student Document Upload Ecollect Form available in the Parent Portal. If you already have an Ecollect account, you can sign in using your email address and the password you created. If you are creating an account for the first time, it will be set up when you submit your first document. To begin, click Sign In, enter your email and Parent Portal password, then click Register, agree to the terms, and click Register again. Once registered, you will be able to upload documents for all children linked to your account.
If you already have an account and are unable to sign in using your username and password, please select Forgot Password. Please note that passwords do not sync between the Parent Portal and the Student Document Upload Ecollect Form. We recommend using the same password for both accounts to simplify access.
We kindly ask that you do not email these documents. If you have any questions about uploading documents, please contact your school’s health office.

We want to inform you of an update regarding Chromebook loaners, effective immediately. As you know, Chromebooks are essential for nearly every class, and it is important that students arrive each day with their fully charged device.
To support students in developing good school habits, including always being prepared for class, students who come to school without their Chromebook more than once per marking period will receive a lunch detention from the Deans’ Office. This step is intended to emphasize responsibility and readiness for learning. Please note that this policy does not apply to students whose devices are being repaired and require a temporary loaner Chromebook.

Dear Berner Parents, Students and Staff:
Our Student Council is hosting their annual Thanksgiving Food Drive and has an exciting Grade Level Challenge for the whole building! Students in the grade that has collected the most donated items of non-perishable food will win NO HOMEWORK for one entire night in EVERY class!
This food drive which is currently taking place is inviting students to bring their donations to the auditorium lobby and place it in the designated area labeled for their grade. The items will be counted and tallied and the grade that has the most donations will be announced on Friday, November 7th.
Non-perishable food donations will be collected now through Thursday, November 6. Don't forget to check expiration dates as expired food cannot be accepted.
