It’s already nearing the midpoint of the school year! This email is a reminder that, as noted on the District calendar, we will be holding the Incoming 6th Grade Parent Orientation on January 8 at 6:00 PM in the Berner Middle School Auditorium.
At this meeting we will be sharing information about the 6th grade program at Berner, the opportunities our school offers, and other information about the students upcoming transition to middle school in September.

With the holiday season now in full swing, we are inviting all of our students to share one of their family's holiday cards with us so we can create a BMS family holiday card collage to decorate our main hallway. Dear Berner Parents, Students and Staff:
The Berner Builders Club is currently collecting toys for the John Theissen Children's Foundation Toy Drive until Monday, December 22.
Any new, unwrapped toys for children between the ages of one and 17 can be dropped off in the front lobby at Berner and placed in the Toy Drive collection box. All donations will help to brighten the holidays for sick and underprivileged kids on Long Island.
