Spring is here and we wanted to send a friendly reminder to get your plant sale pre-orders in!
The deadline to submit pre-orders has been extended to April 15th. Please see the attached flyer for reference, but we encourage you to use our online ordering system for a quick and easy experience.
We are also looking for volunteers to help out with our in-person sale on May 6th and 7th. If you'd like to join us, please sign up using this form. Please note that the volunteer sign-up will close on April 22nd.

As you know the 2025-26 New York State English Language Arts, Mathematics and Science Assessments in Grades 3-8 will be administered in April and May. A letter went out from district with information about the assessment calendar. If you do not wish your child to participate in these exams, kindly complete the refusal form located on the parent portal as soon as possible. There is a lot of organization involved in administering these assessments and the sooner we have refusal information, the better!

Sign in to the Parent Portal Web - https://msdps.powerschool.com/public (Report Cards not available through the Parent Portal App)
Click the Student Reports icon located in the navigation menu.
Under Archived Reports, select the report card.
If you need help accessing your Parent Portal account, please use the “Forgot Username or Forgot Password” link. If you continue to experience issues, email our PowerSchool support team at powerschool@msd.k12.ny.us. For questions about classes or grades, please contact your child’s teacher.

Personalization is $5 and entirely optional. Every graduate will receive a sign regardless of opting to personalize. Standard “Birch Lane Graduate” signs will be paid by funds collected for 5th Grade Committee. If you do not wish to personalize, you do not need to purchase or submit anything at this time.
