Unqua Elementary School's Best Buddies club organized a Winter Wonderland event. Fourth and fifth graders collaborated with their first-grade buddies to create photo frames. The students also enjoyed snacks and danced to songs like the "Penguin Dance." These inclusive activities promote teamwork and help build lasting friendships.
Best Buddies Club creates opportunities for students with special needs to engage in the school community and enhance their communication skills. This program fosters interaction between students with special needs and their peers. The club is led by advisors Saranna Cerullo and Kimberly Salerno.
