McKenna Elementary -

Students at McKenna Elementary recently had the opportunity to join a new after school club. The Rummikub club, led by 2nd Grade teachers, Mrs. Fusco and Mrs. O'Hara launched this past October.  Students met after school once a week to face off in Rummikub games which helped enhance basic skills such as pattern recognition, numerical reasoning and problem solving abilities through tile based game play.  The first session ended with three students being crowned top scorers!  The second session is set to start in February.
