Miss Herrschaft’s 5th graders at McKenna made the day brighter by reading aloud to younger classrooms. This activity not only strengthens our older students’ reading confidence but also brings stories to life for our younger learners—fostering kindness and connection across grade levels. The students had a wonderful time sharing books and helping bring our McKenna community closer, one story at a time!
