NAFAS is a not-for-profit coalition of 26 community-based agencies across Nassau County, Long Island, committed to delivering affordable, accessible and comprehensive prevention and treatment services to individuals and families struggling with the consequences of drug, alcohol, gambling and other addictions and abuses.
