East Lake Kindergartners Give All Sorts of Thanks

ELE Sorting   ELE Sorting   ELE Sorting   ELE Sorting   ELE Sorting

Thanksgiving provided kindergarten students with a perfect opportunity to work on their sorting skills at East Lake Elementary School. Students in Nicole Lipori’s and Brittany Gervase’s classes came together to decide what they are and aren’t thankful for this holiday.

Students sorted dozens of pictures and worked together to make a large poster, filling in the two columns. The thankful list was quite plentiful with family, friends, teachers, ice cream, pizza and the school playground among the many items for which the children express gratitude. Making the not thankful list included mean people, not sharing and scary dreams.
