The Students Against Destructive Decisions club at Unqua Elementary School was fundraising for a good cause in November. In honor of both Veterans Day and World Kindness Day, SADD collected donations for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
The organization supports America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families. Homes are custom designed for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
At Unqua, each person donating receives a kindness bracelet, serving as a reminder that one small act of kindness can change the world.
