East Lake Celebrates With Our In House Author

The kindergarten students in Mrs. Poveromo's class learned to celebrate the differences of others. They had the opportunity to practice inclusivity through a reading of the book That's Me! by our very own East Lake author, Meggin Hall. Her book teaches the importance of making everyone feel valued and accepted. Mrs. Hall read the book to the students and discussed its meaning throughout this wonderful visit.
