The children will learn that reading is fun! After enjoying and engaging in a read-aloud book, they will have the opportunity to read independent books at their level as well as buddy read.

Advisor: Mrs. Whalen

Students will learn the rules of the game Scrabble by playing in groups. Most importantly, students will learn how to spell new words, practice using a dictionary and increase their vocabulary skills. It will challenge them to be creative and strategic all at once. Lastly, we will have fun!

Advisors: Mrs. Leder and Ms. Musacchia

The members of Student Council will work together to organize and participate in fundraisers, events, and activities to help those in need. Each month, the students will create posters to advertise upcoming events in order to encourage donations. The students will experience a meaningful contribution when offering their time and efforts to the community. Students will feel a sense of compassion, empathy, and responsibility toward helping children and families in need. Being a part of this club will be memorable for years to come!
