Learners Permit Testing

The Learners Permit Test is in Session
Massapequa High School is one of five New York State high schools that participated in a pilot program in June 2006 with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) allowing students age 16 or older to take their learners permit test online at the school. The program was successful for the students, high school, and DMV; therefore, we are currently providing regular testing dates during the regular school year for our students.
In order to take the test at MHS, students must sign up for one of the sessions below and bring their identification* and a $5 fee to MHS. After passing the test, students will receive documentation that they can take to DMV to receive their learners permit. Also, please bring your MHS computer network login name and password.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the testing time.
Tests will be given in Room 215 of Massapequa High School. Sign up using the links below. To register to take the test, click on the date and time and complete the form.
*Identification can be a school ID, Department of Motor Vehicle non-driver ID card or birth certificate.
