Troubleshooting District Chromebooks and Google Meet - Follow all Steps

- Check charger cable connections (disconnect/connent) and plug in to a different outlet
- Turn the Chromebook completely Off - then On
- Clear the Chromebook browser data (Cache)
- Remove/Uninstall all Chrome Extensions
- Complete a Chromebook Hard Reset
- Check that Chrome is on the latest version
- If that does not work - Restore Chrome settings to their original defaults
- Google Meet troubleshooting and best performance recommendations
- Home Issues/Troubleshooting
- Use the Chromebook in close proximity to wifi router
- Unplug/plug home modem and wifi router
- If you followed all the above steps and are still having in-home network issues, please contact your internet service provider.
