Every K-12 student is assigned a 1:1 Chromebook 

• Check charger cable connections (disconnect/connent) and plug in to a different outlet
• Turn the Chromebook completely Off - then On
• Clear the Chromebook browser data (Cache)
• Remove/Uninstall all Chrome Extensions
• Complete a Chromebook Hard Reset
• Check that Chrome is on the latest version
• If that does not work - Restore Chrome settings to their original defaults
• Google Meet troubleshooting and best performance recommendations
• Home Issues/Troubleshooting
  
  • Use the Chromebook in close proximity to wifi router
  • Unplug/plug home modem and wifi router
  • If you followed all the above steps and are still having in-home network issues, please contact your internet service provider.
• If you require additional support or a physical damage repair, please:
  • Elementary Students - Report to teacher (Teacher contacts Computer TA/Monitor to support)
    • Quarantine Student - Contact building and ask to speak with the Computer TA
  • Secondary Students - Visit the building Chrome Depot
