• Four years of social studies are required for graduation, and all courses are designed to meet the New York State Standards.  All students must take and pass the Regents in Global History and Geography (grade 10) and in United States History and Governmnent (grade 11).  In addition to the four prescribed units, electives will continue to be available for students to enrich and advance their knowledge of social studies.
