If you have subscribed to the community email list, but are not receiving emails, please do the following:

• Check your spam/junk folder and add no-reply@msd.k12.ny.us to your safe-senders list.
• If you continue to have issues, please re-subscribe. 
• Still having issues, it is possible your provider is blocking or delaying emails sent from the Blackboard Parentlink system.
• Please contact your provider to share the issue with your email address or re-subscribe using a different email address/provider.
